A CSV export of users who have applied for loyalty cards, but have not yet been sent one.

1. Click on Manage Fanbase in Area one.
2. Click on the Export loyalty users option.

4. Click on [Export CSV File].
5. Select the programme to open the file with.
6. Click [Ok]
