Users can apply for a loyalty card, allowing them to be a fanbase member.

1. After logging into your website, go to My Profile.
2. Click on [Apply for Loyalty Card].
   
   
      
3. A form will appear asking for your details.  Complete these fields.
   
   
    
4. Click on [Submit Application] when you have completed all details.  A page will display stating that the loyalty card will be sent out soon. 
   
   

Please note that each user can only apply once for the loyalty card.  Once you have applied, the [Apply for Loyalty Card] button will no longer show on your profile page.
