Introduction to the Main IDmedia Screen

Simply click on your IDmedia primary in your navigation bar.

We recommend that you open up another browser window that views your actual website. It will help you identify what you want to update and also allow you to review your updates.

There are three main areas on this screen.

Area one is a folder view similar to "My Computer". It shows the levels of folders starting with your Primaries. The next level of sub-folders is the secondaries pertaining to each primary. To show all of the subfolders of a specific folder click on the "+" symbol next to that folder. To hide subfolders, click on the "–" symbol next to the main folder.

Inside each folder you can have items that you create including content files, published pages, and support files such as PDFs, Excel & Word documents.

Area two is your toolbar with your quick access icons. Here is a quick reference guide:



Area three is a display area that will change dependent on what you have selected in area's one and two.
