When new employers or job seekers are registering on the site, they may not have all of the relevant information with them at the time.  They may be interrupted during their registration or want to complete the registration when they get home.  IDjobs will save each completed form for the multi-part registration including which page the registering user was up to.  This helps to remove any frustrating experience for new users and lowers overall support issues.
