Directory listings with support for multiple levels, each with a distinct view of the data displayed.

1. There are three levels of directory types.  A level 1 listing has just the basic details of the business.. It does not have its own microsite to show maps, images etc.  Usually this type of listing is free to the business owner.
   
   
    
2. The level 2 listing shows the listing with more features and a bigger listing in the directory.  The business owner can add images and video and a location map.
   
   
    
3. The level 3 listing contains all the features of the level 2 listing, but has a more eye-catching listing in the directory.
   
   
    
4. To change the level of a listing, log into the CMS and navigate to the directory listing under IDmedia.  Click on the directory item to edit and change the 'Item level' to the appropriate level.
   
   
    
5. Once changed, click on [Save changes].
