A Radio Button is a user selectable button.  These are commonly used for multi-choice questions where only one answer is required.  Here is an example of a grouped set of radio buttons:

1. Click on the  Add Radio Button icon .
2. A new item will appear in the form labelled "New radiobutton".
3. Click the Edit    button to the right of the new item.
4. Change the "New radiobutton" Label to your required text.  This will be used to label the button, for example "Male".
5. Belongs to Set governs what other radio buttons this button is associated with.  For our example we would add the button "Male" to the set "Gender".
6. Click [Update].
7. Click [Save] to save your form.
