Add links as secondaries

This allows you to create secondaries that navigate to a particular piece of content or an outside link.

Instructions
  1. Navigate to the primary folder you wish to manage the secondaries.
  2. Select      Manage Secondaries  from Area Two.
  3. You will see four bullet points with the following functions:

    • Add content link
      • Select [Add content link] then click on the icon of the piece of content you wish to have as your secondary.
      • You will see in your display area, the link is now listed as a secondary.
      • Refer to Manage Secondaries for display and ordering your secondaries.
         
    • Add folder link
      • Expand folder view so you can see the folder you wish to select as a secondary then select [Add folder link].
      • Select the appropriate folder.
      • You will see in your display area, the link is now listed as a secondary.
      • Refer to Manage Secondaries for display and ordering your secondaries.
         
    • Add support file link
      • Expand folder view so you can see the support file you wish to select as a secondary and select [Add support file link], then select the support file.
      • You will see in your display area, the link is now listed as a secondary.
      • Refer to Manage Secondaries for display and ordering your secondaries.
         
    • Add outside link
      • Select [Add outside link], select the relevant outside link from the dropdown menu then click on [Ok].
      • You will see in your display area, the link is now listed as a secondary.
      • Refer to Manage Secondaries for display and ordering your secondaries.
      • You can also Manage (Add, edit and delete) your outside links by selecting [Manage Outside Links].  When adding an outside link to your list, please include the full URL i.e. http://www.id.co.nz NOT www.id.co.nz without the HTTP as this will not link through successfully.  When you select this secondary, it will open in a new browser window.
