Anchors

There are two parts to anchors, one is setting the destination place marker (anchor) and the second is linking to it. For example, if you have a long piece of content, you may wish to place a link that enables the visitor to go to 'Top Of Page'. In this case, you would place an anchor at the top of the page (the visitor is unable to see this), and then further down the page, have the words “Top Of Page” and link this to the anchor. When the visitor clicks on this, it will take them to the anchor placeholder.
