Author
This allows you to select an author and date applicable to this piece of content. The default is Anonymous and if left, then no author will display on your published page.
Manage Authors
Clicking on this link will allow you to Add, Update and Delete your existing list of authors.
Show date
This allows you to choose whether you show the date when using partial content etc. If it's ticked you will see the date and author on your published page, if it is not, the date and author will not display.
Make Content not viewable
If this is selected, you will still be able to manage this piece of content from inside IDmedia; however, it will not be searchable or viewable on your website.
Tags
You may have the facility on your website (e.g. on your blog page) to do ‘quick searches’. If you do, you will have a ‘Popular Tags’ box and it will list the tags you have made available by completing this feature when creating your piece of content. For example, if you have a piece of content about training police dogs, you may want to tag it with ‘animal, dogs, police, training’, you may have another piece of content about a canary that flew around the world with tags such as ‘animal, canary, world’. Your home page will then summarise the available tags as links, and if you clicked on one, e.g. Animal, it would then display links for all pieces of content that had that tag associated to it.
