Business owners can apply to have their listing upgraded from a free listing to a paid listing, giving them the ability to manage their own listing.

Note: The directory level option is only available to sites that have requested the FanBase feature. The number of levels and the template design for each directory level will need to be discussed with ID.

1. Under IDmedia, navigate to your directory folder.
2. Select the business directory listing that is to be upgraded.
3. A screen will show with all the business directory listing's details.
4. Under Item level select the level that the business is being upgraded to.
   
   
     
5. Click on [Save changes].
