Implementing Fanbase Sales Process

Sales person makes sale to client. |

Contractual arrangement with client is entered into and confirmed. |
| Step 3 |
Sales/Customer Service Representative (CSR) person sets up microsite for client. |
| Step 4 |
Sales/CSR person creates user account for the microsite. |
| Step 5 |
Sales/CSR person sends out username and password to the client, plus with set of instructions on how to use the microsite. Suggest these are made relatively simple and specific to your client set. If feasible, you can point them to the IDenterprise website so that the client can see how to use the system. |
| Step 6 |
Would recommend that the first offer be set up by the sales/CSR person for the client. Suggest that the first offer does not go out until the client has initiated payment or payment plan has been entered into. |
| Step 7 |
Client can now initiate sending out of offers plus the addition of important points, make sure that the CSR/sales person sets the correct level of the directory so as to ensure that the client has access to the appropriate feature set. |
